Adams Arms 5.45x39mm 7.5″ PDW upper. Brand new. Ended up with a couple of these piston uppers, so one has to go…so I am selling the new one. I marked it 5.45 at the rear of the receiver in a paint marker as I had a 5.56 version as well.
Requires a heavy hammer spring to ensure reliable function on hard military primers. ASC makes magazines specific to the 5.45×39 round. M2 PMags have also worked for me as well. Would be a really good candidate for a suppressor host with the short OAL length.
